Guided Meditation group and channelling mornings A monthly meeting place for like minded people to enjoy the benefit of collective meditation, followed by a channelling from the angelic realm and spirit (ascended) masters. These groups are open to both beginners and experienced practitioners of meditation.  Each meditation is a unique experience of calm, stillness and elevated sense of being and is followed by a group channelling from Ascended Masters or Angelic Realm. Kerry has been facilitating meditation experiences for approx 15 years and describes it as her first love,  for her it is an opportunity to connect with the collective higher consciousness of those present and relay information that serves each person within the whole.  People have described massive shifts in consciousness after attending these sessions due not only to the beauty of the guided meditation but also because of the energetic works that takes place throughout the session.  In effect, each person is surrounded by a huge group of guides, angels and ascended masters and when attending a group experience that energy becomes amplified and allowing for an even deeper relationship with spirit and personal healing. Meditation is always guided and always open to those that feel drawn to attend, regardless of previous meditation experience, no special skills are necessary other than the desire to be there and experience a deeper level of consciousness.
